Wealth Management Director
Job Description
Working exclusively with Axiom Consultants, our client is a leading name in the provision of wealth management services. They are now inviting applications for a Wealth Director.
Business Accountabilities
- Responsible for management of the investment and planning needs of their clients
- Experience in and ability to develop own network and attract new clients
- Accountable for developing and delivering sales pipeline via new or existing clients
- A proven ability to grow a client book in a supported environment
- Ability to negotiate large deals with proven business leaders and develop long term client relationships
- Build and foster key relationships with clients or their partners in relation to client propositions and investment planning
- Work collaboratively on large new business pitches
- Develop long-term client relationships against plan
- Expert in making decisions considering the broader and long-term goals and implication for the benefit of their clients and their business
- Proactively pursue leads and manage the cross-sell of firms’ products and service
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that the client accounts are managed in line with the client’s mandate, objectives, risk profile and timeline
- People leadership directly or indirectly(mentor/Coach)

Experience
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience, with proven track record of working with clients, with a good working knowledge of financial products
- QFA, CFP or Registered Representative Examination/Certificate in Stockbroking, or be prepared to sit same within a reasonable time frame
- A Masters / Primary degree or relevant professional qualification
